First of all

You should know the conditions established by the Personal Income Tax Law for an individual to be considered a tax resident in Spain.
In order to be a tax resident, the regulations establish two basic requirements: to remain in Spain for more than 183 days during the calendar year and that the main core or base of your activities or economic interests, directly or indirectly, is located in Spain.
