What procedure can we advise you on?
For persons who are citizens of a country in the European Union or the European Economic Area, and who will reside in Spain for more than three months.
For relatives of Spanish citizens or citizens of a country in the European Union.
For non-EU nationals who wish to reside and work in Spain, either for a company or as self-employed persons.
For citizens of countries that are not part of the European Union who wish live and work in Spain. The investments that allow a non-EU national to obtain this permit are varied and include the purchase of a property worth 500.000€, deposits totalling one million euros held with Spanish financial institutions, and public debt holdings of more than two million euros, among others.
Authorisation to remain that allows non-EU citizens to remain in Spain while they carry out their studies, whether at private or public institutions.
